I had a little time tonight so I did a quick check.
Found the following birth record in the Feldberg church books:
Geborne 1857, Page 260, Entry # 37
In Carwitz, Carl Friedrich Theodor DARBE
Born: July 3rd
Baptised: July 26th
Father: Johann Jochim Carl Friedrich DARBE
Mother: Friederike Adolphine Caroline geb. BENZIN
One of the sponsors was Carl BENZIN from Altstrelitz.
I would guess that these are the parents you found on your DARBE marriage
record.
If you have other names, ages and dates let me know. The additional
information could help me narrow things down a little.

Do you know if the record listed Frederika Benzin also? All indications
point to her being his sister. On manifest, in 1873, Carl was 37 and
Frederika (already married to DARBE) was 47. Until I have some kind of
source stating the connection, I have learned the hard way not to assume
anything.
Thank you for the info. Do you know if the records you have are on the same
microfilm that Carwitz are on?

Feldberg)

Wilhelm DARBE born about 1866
Herman Carl DARBE born 07/29/1869
I would love to rent the microfilm from LDS. Of all the ones you
