I have seen a posting by Hans Ritter 2004/10/02 to Regina Kampe in which mention is made of Max STOWASSER --- [FR] Stowasser/Dagostin/Frohlich.
I wish to obtain information about my great-grandmother, Magdalena STOWASSER, who was born 16 June 1845 in Falkenau, Austria, or any other members of her family. She married Ferdinand PAUS and they emigrated to America, where they lived and died in Chicago, Illinois.
I will gladly share information I have with anyone who can assist me.

if your great-grandmother was really born in Falkenau/Austria, you should ask your question in the austria-list ===>austria-l@genealogy.net, since Falkenau/Austria doesn't belong to Franconia
