Stolberg Family in Hanover

Lee,
Thank you so very much for your assistance, I'll definately follow up on some
of these other Stolberg families. The one I am researching went straight to
Belleville IL. I had understood that the Germans to America books didn't
contain anything before 1850, and my Stolberg's came over in 1846. Is that
correct or do I have the wrong information?

maybe this will help. also, post your information and ask someone on the
list to look them up in the book or CD "Germans to America"

You may be correct about the "Germans to America" book not having info
before 1850. I suggest you write up a few questions like that and ask the
Hannover list. The people there are very knowlegable and helpful. If you
need me to look up any more specific info on the American side from the 1880
census let me know, I'd be glad to search the CD's I have.
