Silesian ancestors

Hallo Anyone!
I am searching for any surviving relatives of mine who used to live in Schreiberhau, now called Szlarska Poreba.
My grandfather was Wilibald Hugo Konrad was born in Schreiberhau on the 25th of July 1874 and he lived there until about 1899, when he came to England. He joined the Glassworker Association of Germany in Dresden-Lobtau on the 17th of August 1893, and his receipt book number was 4806. I know that he had relatives still living there in the 1920s, and I believe that they moved to the Black Forest area near Heidelberg. I do not know when they moved there. Please can anyone give me some information that would enable me to locate any surviving relatives.
Best Regards, Norman Hugo Conrad. 22/11/06.

Sorry Norman

Schreiberhau, called Slaska (=Silesian) Poreba by the Poles today, is in
Silesia, not in East or West Prussia this forum is concerned with.
