My adopted sister (ANNA ERICA OKTALOWICZ) was born in Amberg in 1945. We are desperately trying to search for her birth certificate. She has a passport as she was given one under the German assisted passenger scheme to come to Australia. She went to school in Arolsen until 1957. Can anybody help me find the right avenue to go through?
