Fred, you can access the actual church records of Doelitz (the "o" has an umlaut) which can also be written 'oe'. The town belongs to the church parish (gemeinde) of Boddin. I think it would also be helpful to you to learn and use the german names for your ancestors; you will not find a "John" or "Henry", but you will find Johan, Johannes, Hinrich and/or Heinrich.
