Hello,
I'm trying to find out more information about the surname
SCHRØDER/SCHRÖDER/SCHROEDER near Doberan. I have Claus Schrøder (Schröder)
born in Doberan, 1679, with son Christian Henrich Schrøder born in Doberan,
1715 (immigrated to Bergen, Norway). If anyone has researched this line
and/or can provide additional resources, I'd be very grateful.
Also, is there a way to access the German church records via the Internet
(something similar to the Norwegian Digital Archives) or does one have to go
through the LDS archives? Thanks. Rob
