hello from Finland. I`m still looking my ancestors christian Schieman was born in köenigsberg surely 1789.
And his wife Christina Weiss has to be born about 1825. They were several times in Finland because christian
was a musicien and a great harpist. I just got many old papers where i can read their several sejours here in Finland.
they got four childrens born in germany preussen adolf Wilhelm 1842.
Alexander, Carl theodor and Henriette.i cant find the years. but these childrens are mentioned in the old papers.
after they got girl in Finland, born 1848 in Turku Josefiina Wilhelmiina, maria Johanna b. 1849 d. 1850. my greatgrandfather
august wilhelm b. 1859 in turku d.1893 in turku. Selma elisabeth b. 1854 in tampere d. 1899.
beata adele b. 1861. they still got two boys Johan Albert and Frank.i think they were borned in germany.
only problem for me is that i can´not reach any information about my ancestors. christian schiemann went to Russia about 1862.
but about alexander, Carl theodor, adolf, Henriette, Josefiina, Johan Albert and frank i dont have no idea how the life was for them.
i dont know about christian and christina either. can somebody help how can i try to find some information. is there any adressbooks from
köenigsberg or marriage records or something. i have looked also the mormons archives and found something very little. but i dont think
that its my ancectors because christina could not have been born before 1800. she got my ggrfafher in 1859. otherwise she should have been
over 65 and thats impossible.
do somebody know about the musiclife in köenigsberg. perhaps some archives is something. " MY SCHIEMANS" was a musical family.
They were playing harp. well i write it late so sorry my bad english, i just really want to go further and try to find something about my family.
