Sarner-immigration Berlin Bavaria

Dear members,
I need some help
My Sarner Family immigrated in 1866 (father Henry or Hayman *1823)
Mother Rosalie (*1829) and the children
Aurelia (*1861),
Victor (*1852),
Hugo (?),
Sigmund (*1859),
James (?) and
Richard (*1864) followed in 1867. In the 1870 census the parents are said to be from Bavaria, but all children were born in Berlin. How do I find their birthplace, since Berlin is such a big city? And there are hardly any Sarners in Germany at the fanilysearch site. I also don't know where they came from in the Bavaria. How do I continue?
I do aprreciate any suggestions
Thank you so much

Ute,

How are you?

Since you definitely know the children were born in
Berlin, then start out with what you know to lead back
to the parents' information.
