IN1865 HE HAD A SISTER CALLED SILVIA.. iDO NOT KNOW THE TOWN WHERE HE WAS

My recommendation:
Go to www.teleauskunft.de and look for Rowedder. Only 189 are listed
which is considered a rare name. You may contact them with a letter after
you have sorted them for duplication etc.
Go to: www.google.com and enter Rowedder+Schleswig-Holstein A good
collection of leads including several family trees are shown plus a the
spelling of Rohwedder.
