Rose Family in Ulde/Oelde and Efflen

Hello,

I am researching Henrich Rose born about 1762 (where ??) ....and died in Efflen on 2 Oct 1810. His death record suggest that he was born in Ulde (I think this should be Oelde??) - FamilySearch.org .

He married Catherine Gertrude Bentler on 6 May 1795 in Efflen - https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/J4D1-72W.

I am wondering how to find his parents information and a precise birth date. I do not see microfilm for Oelde for this time period. But there were other members of the Rose family in this town in the 1800's.

Also, the Hannos name seems to be associated with this family - Is this a farm name??

I have his Family Tree available at FamilySearch.org (Free User Name and Password are required to view this). I am descendant of his daughter Theresia (married to Casper Buse, born in Altenmellrich) - they immigrated to St. Charles, Missouri in 1847.

Hi Tina,

you wrote EFFLEN but it calls EFFELN (Google Maps: 51.524069, 8.361164 ) and
was in the past a part at the church of RÜTHEN.
ULDE means a little village in the west of EFFELN, not far away, called
UELDE (Google Maps: 51.515584, 8.315337).
UELDE was in the past a part oft he church of MELLRICH.

All (ALTENMELLRICH, EFFELN and UELDE) are now a part oft he village of
ANRÖCHTE.
