1849. Trying to establish where Carl Behr came from...Will the Family Identification number be of any help??

in Familysearch I found in addition a possible match
*6 Feb 1823 in Sankt Peter, Freiburg, Baden, Deutschland
Mother: Marie Ottilia Behr
it is mentioned that he was catholic.
It is not the right year of birth which should be 1824 based on the
passengers list. But...
There are lot more Carl Behr in Familysearch but they seem not to be
the right one...but I haven't looked through the complete list.
In Familysearch there is also the birth of a daughter Josi of Carl Behr
and Catharine Behr

Thankyou Frank....Our Carl was in Australia 1858, it does tell me that he must have come from Southern Germany and travelled through France to port Havre.
