The only information I have is from a Lutheran Parish record for John Dedrick
Volker, born about 1803, that records him from Winzlar, Hannover, Germany. I
do know he was married to Maria Dorothea Frankin who came with him from
Hannover and I believe that Henry Volker, my 2nd great grandfather, was one
of their sons born 1831, Hannover, Germany. I believe there were other
children born in Hannover prior to their arriving in Ontario, Canada in 1846,
but I do not know who they were.
I would be grateful for any suggestions on how to find this information or
who could help me.
