I am looking for the regimental Rolls of the Hannovarian Cavalry.
I have two ancestor who emigrated to Russia and served with the Russian Military.
(a) Konrad ASCHE * 7 Sep 1798 in Seelze No.18, + 1857 in Ismalia Crimean, Russia (Ismail an der Donaum�ndung).
Konrad was a Trumpeterwith the Hannovarian Military (Cavalry ?) He is said to have participated, on the Russian side,
in the Crimean war of 1854-1856.
(b) Casper Heinrich Christian ASCHE * 9 Feb 1792; casper learnt the Blacksmith trade in his fathers workshop in Seelze.
Also moved to Russia and he became the O.I.C. of the Zar's Marstallschmiede in St. Petersburg.
Is anyone on the list familiar with the Stamm Rollen in the Hauptstaate Archive in Hannover and can look up if either of these people served in the Hannoversche Milit�r? Which Regiement did they serve with, from when to when?
When did they leave Hannovver and move to Russia?
Any help and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
