Recommended Almanac

I was wondering if someone could recommend an excellent almanac for me.

It has to include a list of U.S. Population – It should include zip codes
and area codes.

It should include a list of U.S. population by state and county. It should
also include land areas of the US.

Is there one that is recommended that would be helpful in assisting a
genealogist?
