personally I think that "Pholligte" near "Swiert" could mean Villigst near Schwerte - that would make some sense phonetically.
Villigst is a small village between Schwerte and Ergste, roughly south of Schwerte and close to the bridge on the river Ruhr. Today, Villigst is part of Schwerte.
