Timkenberg, Mecklenburg
The original Gutes Blcher included most of the agricultural area known as The Teldau. The eastern section of The Teldau was called Tymkenberg, or more recently, Timkenberg. Paul Korff was the architect for a grand Herrenhaus built in 1912 on Timkenberg.
For photos of the "Gross Timkenberg" Herrenhaus, and for some of the surnames of those who lived on the estate in the 1700s, visit the sites:

Surnames of feudal Timkenberg included: DALENBORG, GRAVAN, JANTZ, KOCH, KRSE, KRSEN, LAMPE, LUBBERS, MASCH, MLLER, MIELKE, NIELANDT, PAPE, RAESEN, REHSE, REINKE, STEBENS, THIEL, and von TBING (who was Manager).
I thoroughly enjoyed a visit to Besitz, Blcher, and Timkenberg recently, and was garteful for the hospitality of the Mayor, Dr Timm and the community.
