Can someone please tell me in English how to unsubscribe from this site?

please, go to this site:
When it opens, scroll down towards the end where it says:
*"Austragen / Ändern einer Mailadresse" (= unsubsribe or change mail address)*
You fill in your mail address into the box given and press
*"Abonnement abbestellen oder Einstellungen bearbeiten".*
It's done.
