My name is Chris Schmidt. I am tracing the KAPERNICK Family and all
variations. As I have come across the name in Mecklenburg, I thought this
would be an appropriate place to post my query.
I would be pleased to hear from anyone with any connections to this name

and descendants around the world. My Kapernick ancestors came from Stendell
in Brandenburg and emigrated to Queensland, Australia.
