Looks like it says that Anna Elisabeth Bonorden (*1681 in Bückeburg) married twice, to Johann Wilhelm Rischmüller and to Carl Balthasar Haccius. The rest of the chart is just her ancestors.

According to the Lutheran church records in Bückeburg, Anna Elisabeth Bonorden was baptized there on 2 Aug 1681. She married Johann Wilhelm Rischmüller on 26 Oct 1699 in Bückeburg.
