I am searching for my great grandmother's family. Their last name was WILLE
from Braunschweig.
On the Ship Vandalia they left Hamburg on May 4, 1872 for the US. My great
grandmother was Elisabet WILLE, born April 8, 1852. The other people on the
same page with her on the manifest are Heinrich WILLE born abt. 1821; Dora
WILLE born abt 1830; Fr WILLE born abt 1866 and Wilhe WILLE born abt 1862.
They went to the Chicago, Illinois area.
I believe they were Lutheran.
Could anyone help me find this family? I would appreciate any help you
could give me.
