On page 152 there is to read concerning the Albers farm in Ellenstedt:
"6. Albers, 37 ha; 1545 Albert Brunink, 1568 Alert Albers, 1594 Hinr. Albers; hofh�rig an das Wildesh. Kapitel. J�hrl. gutsh. Gef�lle waren 40 Gr. und 1 Huhn. Andere Gef�lle: ,Am Vechtaer Amtshause 9 Gr. Knechtegeld, 36 Gr. Dienstgeld an den Hausvogten, 1 Sch. Gerichtsrg.; Pr�ven an den Pastor und Rektor und Beichthaf. wie bei Abelmeyer. Monatsch. 1680 1 Taler 21 Schill." 1669 war die Stelle verbrannt, der Besitzer bebaute nur 1 Mlt. S. Land. Im Jahre 1770 den 10. November erhob das Kapitel zu Wildesh. Klage auf Destitution und Abweisung der nicht konsentierten Gl�ubiger; am 15. Nov. wurde die Konvokation von den Kanzeln den Gl�ubigern bekannt gemacht. Am 21. Juli 1775 wurde mandatum ad aestimandum der Stelle anerkannt und am 8. Nov. 1776 der Verkauf, mit Vorbehalt der dem Kapitel als Gutsherrn von der Stelle j�hrl. zu entrichtenden Lasten und sonstiger Pflichten. Die konsentierten Gl�ubiger, welche ihre Bezahlung ex massa nicht erhielten, wurden mit ihren Anspr�chen an das konsentierende Kapitel verwiesen. 1825 ist Friedr. Feldhaus Besitzer der Stelle. Er l�ste am 27. Oktober 1843 das gutsherrl. Verh�ltnis ab mit einer j�hrl. Geldrente von 1 & 11 Gr. Cour. Bhst. 1545: 4 Pf., 2 Ochs., 5 K., 5 R., 11 Schw., 20 Schafe; 1669: 1 Pf., 1 K., 1 R., 5 Schw."
6. Albers, 37 ha; 1545 Albert Brunink, 1568 Alert Albers, 1594 Hinr. Albers; the farm belonged to the church (Alexander foundation) of Wildeshausen. Annual manorial land duties: 40 Groschen cash and 1 chicken. Other duties: �To the governmental office in Vechta 9 Groschen servant money, 36 Groschen service money to the bailiff, 1 bushel rye to the court; Pr�ven (payment in kind) to the priest and rector and oats as Abelmeyer. Monatsch. 1680 1 Taler 21 Schill." 1669 the farm was burned up, the owner only cultivated land for 1 malter seed. In 1770, on the 10th of November the Alexander foundation of Wildeshausen entered a suit for removal and for dismissal of the non-privileged creditors, the calling up was proclaimed to the creditors from the pulpit on the 15th of November. On the 21st of Juli 1775 the mandatum ad aestimandum of the farm was admitted an on the 8th of November 1776 the sale, reserving the amounts and duties payable of the estate to the Alexander foundation as the lord of the manor. The privileged creditors who did not received their money because of no assets were referred with their claims to the privileged foundation. In 1825bFriedrich Feldhaus is the owner of the estate. He paid off the manorial duty with an annual rent of 1 Taler 11 Groschen. Livestock in 1545: 4 horses, 2 oxen, 5 cows, 5 cattle, 11 pigs, 20 sheep; in 1669: 1 horse, 1 cow, 1 cattle, 5 pigs.
