Rauchfleisch from Gorlitz

I am looking for information about the Rauchfleisch family from Gorlitz. They lived in the Gorlitz area from around 1805-1883 when most of the family came to the United States.
If anyone can help me with any information about this family or where I may be able to find some information from this town,I would greatly appreciate your help.

I suspect you mean Go:rlitz from Schlesien, not East or West Prussia.
One of the Schlesien-lists would be more helful.
