I am looking for information from the Prussian Rank und Quartier Liste 1871 on my ancestor, Max Junge, who was
"A Colonel of Artillery. Later, during the Franco-Prussian war he was wounded, left for dead on the field and was promoted to be a guard. After his recovery he held a fortified city in France until the indemnity was paid."
I would like to find descendants of his... my family that remained in Germany. This is the only information I have on him.
