Professional Northern Germany Research

Hi Listers-- I have been trying for over a month to reach Jens Mueller-Koppe and/or his wife Regina at HRS. Jens does genealogical research in Northern Germany. Does any one have any information regarding this couple -- perhaps change of email address??? My emails have not been returned as undeliverable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in
advance. Nancy

Jens does not return all emails. I had Jens do some work for me, but I
would not recommend him as he is very unreliable and unprofessional at
times. He is evidentally very busy and works on what he is interested
in, not necessarily what you want him to. If you do ever use him, make
your requests very short and only agree to 1 or 2 hours at a time,
otherwise he may run up your bill doing something he thought you
wanted, but you didn't.

Mark

Dear Nancy,

I am very sorry that you have had problems to get in contact with
me. I was in Minnesota (where my son attended a High School for
one year) and only begin to catch up with correspondence right now.
I will send you an e-mail answering your request today.

Yes, I have to admit that it is true that I have not been able to answer
to e-mails as fast as I should do. One of the main reasons is that I
went through a somewhat difficult personal situation with two
movements within one year and a seperation after more then 20
years of marriage. I am optimistic that I will be able to change the e-
mail handling in a positive way.

Mark, I am very sorry that you obviously were not at all satisfied with
the work I did for you. I surely never want to do more research or
research which a client has not asked for and I have to excuse
myself if you think that this happened with you. I will send you a
personal e-mail today and hope that we will be able to settle any
possible missunderstandings and dissatifactions on your side.

Best greetings from Bremen, Germany,

Jens

Jens Mueller-Koppe
