Good morning, Barb,

acc. to the directory of 1952 three Luttmer families were living in
Buxtehude. I do not know whether they had been there in the 19th century already.

In the actual telephone directory of Buxtehude a shop trading in clocks and
watches called LUTTMER is mentioned therein. However, this shop is not owned
anylonger by a member of the Luttmer family. No private person named Luttmer
is specified in the actual telephone directory of Buxtehude.

Families named Prigge, Brunkhorst and Wiegers - all stated in your mail too
- were known to me during my childhood which I spent in Buxtehude more than
50 years ago.

Thank you for looking this up - this is very interesting information! And
it will be helpful when trying to figure out who was where at that time.

If any of the families you mention below were related to the other names,
you probably knew my relatives!

I suppose a lot of them found jobs in bigger cities and moved away.
