I found an old address for some relatives in Poland which I am guessing is from the 1880-1900 timeframe. Can any one tell me where I might find church records or gov't records on the birth, death, or marriage of my Zielinski's? Or what churches or parishes I should look for?

Chukrownia Ostrowite
Powiat Rypin

Can someone tell me what the town, city, state, county is in this address? I think it is somewhere around Warsaw but am not really sure. I do not believe these Zielinski's come over to the States but some or all of their children might have and settled in Brooklyn, NY and/or Wilkes-Barre, Pa sometime around 1900.
I am trying to connect these Zielinski's with my cousin Targonski and Podlewski
