Is there also a emigration archive for Neustadt a. Rübenberge which can be
checked? My Hannover families came from small villages near there. The church
records here seem to say "aus Neustadt". Thank you.

Rübenberge? There are census records that might be helpful to you.
You have to use surnames to find the emigrants in the archives.
