Hi Lindy,
sorry I can't help you much, except for one or two little ideas which may
be worth following up.
May I say, without being too schoolmasterly, that you seem to have quite
a few spelling mistakes in the place names and names of people.
> Hello...I am searching for the above, Paul Vetter married Josephine

What you call Kohlsheid seems to be the town of Kohlscheid in the region of the
city of Aachen in Germany. Merely the letter 'c' missing, but it does make a difference
in the German language. The way you spell it it sounds like a place located in an
area of Heide = Heather.
See here the official website of the town of Herzogenrath of which Kohlscheid
is a part:

Kohlscheid on Wikipedia: Kohlscheid – Wikipedia

If you put Kohlscheid into Google you will find many more websites which may
be of interest to you.
Most important I would consider: WGfF | Startseite
which is part of genealogy net as you can see. The person who might be able and willing
to help is Michael Brammertz in Aachen, here is his e-mail address as given on the
above mention website. I am pretty sure he will be able to communicate in English.

This must be the Richterich which is very near Kohlscheid and nowadays
a suburb of the city of Aachen.
See here: Richterich – Wikipedia
Part of the website is in English: www.aachen.de - General Information
The church St.Martinus in Richterich: http://www.st-martinus-ac.de/
Again in Wikipedia you will find lots more of information.
Hope one or two of these web addresses will get you going, 1922 is not too
far back.
All the best.
