Hallo Mitforscher,
Vielen Dank fr irgendeine Information!

Hello Art,
The name could also be Nartum. If you go to this website and do a
search under Metasearch (on the right) for Dohrmann, you will find many
Dohrmanns listed there from Nartum:
http://www.genealogienetz.de/genealogy.html
If you click on any of the names there, you will see the name of the
person(s) who has researched the Dohrmann name. An email will be given
there and since you know German, you can contact the person and you may be
in luck.
Nartum is a very small town east of Bremen south of Zeven near Gyhum.
I would guess that Gyhum may be where they went to church. If you are
familiar with the Mormon microfilm copies of church records, you can order
the film for Gyhum which is available for these years:
Kirchenbuch, 1715-1852 Evangelische Kirche Gyhum (Kr. Zeven)
I hope this is helpful to you,
Barbara Stewart
It is possible that the village name you seek is "Nartum" which is in the
parish of Sottrum. There were many Dohrmann's there.
