Thanks to Fred Rump for the information on land use in l583. About an
English version of a history of Oldenburg, I don't think it is as far out as
you say. English-speaking ancestors of Oldenburgers and people interessted
in world history and travel might find it absorbing. I can't say myself how
wide the market would be, though.
