in the Oldenburg province we have only Varel near the North-Sea, but this is lutheran area.
I assume your Punte/ Krogmann came from the catholic area in southern of the province Oldenburg, called Oldenburger-Münsterland. There we have a lot of Punte and Krogmann.
Zhe place Eude is not present in Germany, I have not an idea for an other name like this.
Lagnfram/Langfaren could be Langförden / Langfoerden a part of Vechta, this is in southern of the Oldenburg province.
There we have some Punte and Krogmann.
