I am searching for the ancestry of Gerardus Ortmann and Francisca Sander or
Sonder who had several children at Lindern, including:
Johann Heinrich, baptised Mar. 23, 1793
Helena Catharina, bp. Feb. 7, 1796
Henricus Antonius, bp. Feb. 25, 1798
Margaretha Elizabeth, bp. Sept. 12, 1802
Regina, bp. May 21, 1805
There was another couple at Lindern at during the same time period, Herman
Heinrich Ortmann and Helena Maria Benecken, but I am thinking that they were
probably not related because they never acted as witnesses for any of the
baptisms of Gerardus's children.
Any information regarding the marriage or ancestry of Gerardus Ortmann and
Francisca Sander would be most appreciated.
