I would say, wright this down in a safe Place, you need it often :
5 numbers before a village, town or Citty are the zipcodes.
in Germany is it this way: Dorf = village, town is between village & city,
Stadt = City, Kreis = county, Land = state in USA
That Oldenburg was a State, was knew to me, but I learnt some thing.
