I was looking at my e-mails, and yours just came in.
I have been trying to help Lorrie. It seems that she
gets too impatient and jumps at everything. She has
so many loose ends in her research and has bits of
information from any number of people that really is
not much help to her. I myself have already e-mailed
Peter Sieve at the Archiv in Vechta about the Heckmanns
in Visbek. I have told Lorrie this and told her to be
patient until I get an answer from Peter. I also need the
correct information on the Heckmann family for my
Oldenburg immigrant project.

There appears to be one woman, married twice, and both to Heckmanns. However, the death date of the first and the marriage date of the second do not agree.
