You need to write to the Hauptstaatsarchiv (e-mail or snail mail) with the
information that you got off the website and ask them for the full results.
They will require your postal address and will send the results by snail
mail along with a bill for their services, which involves looking up the
entry in the full database and printing it out for you. The results will
not necessarily contain all the fields you mention.
Alternatively you could go to Hannover and use the call number 74 Einbeck
Nr. 1 and search yourself.
If they were interested in serving the public, they would put the full
database on the internet. I asked them about it, and they responded that
genealogical research must incur a fee, and they have no server-based means
to extract the fee from customers. It would make more sense to me to just
put the database online and forget the fee.
