No Longer in the Wide Open West!
My ISP wide open west is -
the same is true for lovely Liz.
It's been real good for what it was,
but time goes on it surely does.
Digital signals on the TV
were breaking up; we couldn't see.
And too the sound although it's hip
didn't match the moving lip.
So now we have a U-Verse bundle.
We're hoping it's a lot more fun-dle.
There's DVRs and Multi-Views.
The picture's good - the voice is too.
But now, the final kick to the head;
my email account will soon be dead.
For all these years I've had the same -
I know this verse is really lame . . .
Wide Open West - good by - so long.
For years and years I sang your song.
But now it's time - we're Google bound
and from now on I will be found . . .
