Hi everybody!
I don't have ancestors of Niederschlesien origin but I suppose I have a good reason to post here.
My grandparents lived in Neuhaus near Patschkau after the war. After their death, doing some work in the house, I found a beautiful photo under the roof. It had to belong to people who originally owned this house - their family and friends from the village, or maybe their family from somewhere else.
The house stands quite high on the hill in the middle of the village. Heading to Patschkau it'll be on the right. It bears the number 33 but I don't know if it was so before the war.
I would like to pass the photo to someone it belongs to. It's just the right thing to do...
I have scanned the photo - so if anybody wants to see it let me know (Polish or English pls). It's unfortunately bad quality, but photo itself is perfectly clear and every persons face is recognizable if you have any other photo of them. I'll try to make a better scan soon. There's around 30 people on it. I hope somebody, who has right to own it, is here...
