Christrich Friedrich Kuster born in 1809, a Lutheran farmer came to America in 1856 with his wife Caroline Schinke/Schunke and two small sons; Albert Christrich Theodor Kuster, born 1845 and Julius Carl Bernhard Kuster, born 1849. They came to New York on a ship from Bremen. Christrich "Fred" always said he was from Prussia on the American cenus. There There is mention of the town of NeuenKoop. There is a NeuenKoop West of Frankfort and another between the city of Oldenburg and Bremen. We have no information on the "Fred's" family of origin in Prussia/Germany.
