Pat, you will need to join the mailing list (if you haven't already). The
OW-Preussen means East-West Prussia.
Most messages are in German, but a lot of the German-speaking people can
understand and write English, so you shouldn't have any trouble. If someone
answers you in German, someone else on the list could translate it for you.
