My mother's side of the family has the surname of Fehrenkamp. We have
gotten as far as tracing the family back to Oldenburg, and have found the
generation of Fehrenkamps that moved from Oldenburg over to the
Colorado/Lavaca/Fayette counties in Texas. I am currently living in
Stuttgart, Germany and am coming up to Oldenburg this upcoming Monday (the
4th of November). I would love any help on where to find any family grave
sites and any living family members still in the area.
