Neanders of Geestendorf

Hello,
I'm interested in finding birth records for Theodore Neander, born in 1833
and George Neander, born in 1830 in Geestendorf, Hannover, Germany. Do you
know if they have records going back that far? Also, how do I go about
getting these records?
