I have been told that my gg grandmother's name was McLeonard, yet she was German. Is it possible that there is a German name of McLeonard?
Based upon what I have been able to determine up to this point, she and my gg grandfather were from the area of Lengerich.
Should I be looking for a different name rather than McLeonard?
Please help.
