Meaning of phrase "sub c'ditione rebaptizatus"

I have two baptism records in Visbek, Joannes Henricus Bruns in 1769 and Johann Bernd Bruns in 1776, both children of Fridericus Andreas Bruns and Anna Catharina Oldhues. After each infant's name and birthplace (Hohenbögen) is the phrase "sub c'ditione rebaptizatus". What is this likely to mean?

The parents were married in this same parish in 1768.

I had the same thing in my Visbek records.... I was told from some very helpful people here on this list that it may mean re baptized, possibly the baby was quickly baptized by a midwife and then re baptized by the church later.
