I think you should write a letter to Mr. Vogel, may be in English. Tell
him what you want to know as exactly as you can. He will be able to read
english letter.
I know, he has no e-mail-adress and as I know he has no Fax-number but
he is perfect in getting all the old dokuments. Tell him I told you to
ask him. H�ll will know me.
He�ll send the reusult of his search by airmail and you may pay
afterwords.
Ofcause you have to pay even if there is no result. That is normal.
