Hallo Mr. Kreyser.-
From the churchbook of St. Petri:
Am 20. Oktober 1728 brannten beim Brand von Copenhagen auch die Kirchen St Mariae, Heilig Geist, Trinitatis und St. Petri ab.
Spaeter wurden die Eintragungen zum Teil neu geschrieben, wenn vorhanden.-Die Kirchenbuecher von St. Petri sind in deutscher Sprache
geschrieben.

On Oct 20, 1728 when half of Copenhagen was destroyed, also the following churches, St Mariae, Heilig Geist, Trinitatis und St. Petri went on fire.
I found the name (KREYER, Axel, page 48) in the alphabetical register, which may be the Babtism Register. I did not find any other Kreyser or Kreyer in the pages I had copied some ten years ago. Maybe it's of some help.

I have copied the pages from microfilms of the Mormon church.

Hello Mer. Kreyser/Kreiser;

I can't speak to the exact origins of the family but can tell you that my wife, (whose maiden name is spelled Critzer), is descended from one Johann Kreutzer, a 'Hessian' mercenary working for the British, who decided to settle in the States after the American Revolution, and settled in Pennsylvania. Some of his descendants later migrated to the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
