He married Wilhelmine Sophie Christineck from Dahnsdorf, Brandenburg.
and they had 3 sons and lived in Serno:
1. Johann Christoph Lorf
2. Johann Andreas Lorf
3. Johann Gottlieb Lorf - who married Friederike Neidigk (immigrated
to U.S. in 1868 with their 5 sons.)
(Anna Krause parents Gottfried Neidigk, a lumber merchant
& Anna Krause Neidigk , all lived in Buko.)
