I also have a Sophie Schumacher in my family. She married Johann Rehlender -
he came to Cleveland in 1872 and she followed in 1873. Her father was named
Fred. That is all I know. Johann Rehlender came from Deyelsdorf and then
moved to Gross Lunow.
Does anyone know about the Schumacher project that was started in the 1990's?
