My great grandfather is listed in an 1898 directory, available on Ancestry. The listing is below. Can anyone help me understand what it means? I am particularly interested in "Gastw." which appears to be his occupation or social status, and "191 Einw." I believe "b. Bohlenbergerfeld, Orstch." refers to his place of birth, perhaps?

Wolfteich, J., Gastw.
b. Bohlenbergerfeld, Ortsch.
191 Einw.

This comes from "Handels-und Gewerbe-Adressbuch der Provinz Hannover, des Grossherzogthums Oldenburg und des Friestaats Bremen, 1898"

We believe he was working at the hospital in Wehren at the time.
