where it says "LISTNAME" replace it with the list you want, e.g., for this
list put "Oldenburg
where it says "fredrump" replace it with your e-mail name, i.e., the part of
your e-mal address before the @ or "baschr" in your case
where it says "earthlink.net" replace it with your e-mail provider's domain
name, i.e., the part after the @ or "yahoo.com" in your case
